The Colors of the Hybiscus Flower

Living here we see these flowers every day, they are every where.

I have always been in awe of this flower.

They remind me of being a little kid in school doodling flowers on my work sheet instead of working on my school work...kinda like now...I am suppose to be doing my real estate homework...shhhh....

The size of these particular ones are pretty cool... you would need to be one big Hawaiian Wahine to wear one of these behind your ear!

Purple Trees are Everywhere!

I love living upcountry Maui. And this time of the year when the Jacaranda trees are in bloom it is always a special treat.
. For Mothers day, I grabbed my mother and my sister in Law and off we went in search of the purple trees.
We were not dissapointed :-)
